Dave Bautista, more frequently recognized merely as Batista to WWE fanatics, is a six-time World Heavyweight/WWE Champion, two-time Royal Rumble winner, and budding Hollywood famous person whose film credits include Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Endgame, Stuber, and My Spy.
While the fifty one 12 months outdated has a lot on his plate, his agenda is somewhat limited at the present time thanks in part to social distancing and different COVID-19 measures. Apparently, he has used this downtime to slip into the DMs of a distinguished wrestling journalist's girlfriend.
How It All Started
Ryan Satin is the editor-in-chief at Pro Wrestling Sheet and the information correspondent for WWE Backstage on FS1. He's a quite outstanding member of the online wrestling group with in far more than 80,000 Twitter followers. On April 27, he despatched out the tweet: "Lol at a wrestling legend DMing horny thoughts to my girlfriend."
Naturally, that resulted in dozens of feedback from wrestling lovers curious as to who the "wrestling legend" was once. One consumer chimed in with the hilarious reply, "Miz's dad is a legend?" Others recommended the likes of Val Venis and Scott Hall, even supposing it's hard to argue the former is a "legend."
Batista's Response
It did not appear as even though Satin was once going to call the culprit, however then Batista quoted the tweet less than two hours later: "I was just telling @sendaravenplz that I thought you were an attractive man. And that you had a sexy voice. And asked what kind of cologne you wore so I could spray it on my pillow. I'd hardly consider those horny thoughts! Unless thats not the dm you're talking about!"
Neither Satin or his girlfriend, Erica Steiner, particularly showed that Batista used to be behind the DMs, however their responses appear to suggest that was the case. For his section, Satin wasn't that involved, mentioning, "That's not horny, that's just wanting to be the best man you can be while stuck in quarantine. I totally understand that. Respect." Steiner later quipped that "he wears Eau De Wrestling Fan."
Other replies in the thread included gifs of Drax the Destroyer, Batista's personality in Guardians of the Galaxy, and of course his infamous "Give me what I want" moment, through which he demanded a match with Triple H at WrestleMania 35 on an episode of Raw. Others requested Batista to slide into their DMs.
Not The First Time His Twitter Flirting Went Public
This is not the first time Batista made headlines for his Twitter task. While his timeline is typically filled with wrestling, movie, and affairs of state, he had a very open courtship of WWE famous person Dana Brooke again in November 2019. Their back-and-forth exchanges have been equal portions cringe-worthy and entertaining and, for whatever reason why, kept wrestling enthusiasts on the edge of their seats anticipating an eventual date between the two.
Their exchange began when Batista showed he used to be unmarried and one fan answered that he will have to pass on a date with Brooke. That led to a collection of racy tweets exchanged between the two that incorporated shirtless pictures of Batista, amongst other pieces that would - and must - were saved for DMs.
Batista has had problems with sex habit in the past and ruined two marriages because of infidelity while running in the WWE. He's been open about his issues and has reputedly been working to be a higher spouse.
"I've matured," he stated in his autobiography, Batista Unleashed. "I've had to. I've grown up and learned to deal with temptations on the road. I don't want to be a bad role model to my daughters and the company depends on me. I can't be making a fool of myself.
"I wouldn't have a lot of regrets in my life and I have never been an angel. But if I may just exchange anything else, it might be the chapter with all the ladies. It harm the other people I really like."
Spending more than a month in lockdown, however, can drive a single man crazy so it's no surprise to see Batista, like many others, sliding into the DMs of beautiful women.
Who Is Erica Steiner?
While Satin has amassed a Twitter following of more than 80,000 people, his girlfriend is nearing 10,000 followers based on pictures of herself and musings on various topics. While she is a wrestling fan, the majority of her tweets suggests she doesn't mind the increase in attention she has been getting. Her pinned tweet from January 14: "Welcome, new followers! This twitter account is most commonly skanky selfies, canine content material and uncomfortable jokes about my death mom. Have a laugh!!"
The photos that likely prompted Batista to fire off a DM were posted on April 26 and feature her standing in front of a mirror in a bikini while sticking her tongue out. It's likely she expected to receive some unwanted male attention from those photos, but wasn't anticipating The Animal sliding into her DMs.
